These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by AJP Social Studio Ltd (“AJP Social Studio”, “we”, “our” or “us”) and apply to all clients, customers, attendees, members and website users.

By using our website, purchasing from us, booking our services, attending our events or participating in any of our programmes, memberships, courses, retreats, workshops or masterclasses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

AJP Social Studio Ltd provides services including, but not limited to:

Social media coaching and mentoring

Content creation and filming

VIP Days and Strategy Days

Workshops and masterclasses

Online and in-person training

Group coaching programmes

Memberships

Retreats and events

Digital products and courses

Social media strategy and consultancy

All services are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to amend, update, pause or withdraw services at any time.

Bookings and Deposits

A booking is confirmed only once a deposit or full payment has been received. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits secure time within our diary and prevent that date, space or service from being offered to another client or attendee.

Failure to pay any remaining balance by the agreed due date may result in cancellation of services and loss of the booking.

Payments and Payment Plans

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Full payment may be required before services commence unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Where a payment plan is agreed: You remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled part-way through.

Failure to attend a programme, event, retreat, workshop or coaching session does not remove your obligation to complete payments.

Missed payments may result in suspension of access to services, programmes, memberships, digital products or coaching support.

Outstanding balances may be referred for debt recovery where necessary.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Coaching Sessions, Consultations and Training

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule coaching sessions, consultations or training appointments. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments.

VIP Days, Content Days and Filming Days

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any content day, filming day, VIP day or strategy day. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may incur additional charges.

Events, Workshops and Masterclasses

All event, workshop and masterclass ticket purchases are final.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by AJP Social Studio Ltd. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another individual with written permission from AJP Social Studio Ltd, provided notification is received at least 48 hours before the event.

Tickets may not be exchanged for alternative products, services or future events. Where payment plans are used, all remaining payments remain payable regardless of attendance. We reserve the right to change venues, timings, speakers, schedules, suppliers or event details where reasonably necessary.

Programmes and Memberships

Memberships, coaching programmes and group programmes are designed to provide education, support and guidance. Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends upon your own implementation, commitment, circumstances and participation.

Missed live sessions are non-refundable.

Programme and membership access is for the registered participant only and may not be shared, copied or transferred. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, inappropriate or harmful to the wider group without refund.

Content Creation Services

Content creation services may include filming, photography, strategy development, editing, social media planning, written content, content management and consultancy.

Clients are responsible for:

Arriving on time

Providing agreed assets and information

Providing access to relevant accounts where required

Reviewing and approving content within agreed timescales

Communicating any required changes clearly and promptly

Delays caused by client non-response or failure to provide required information may impact delivery timelines. AJP Social Studio Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from client actions, omissions, late arrival or lack of communication.

Raw Footage, Final Content and File Storage

Raw footage is not included unless explicitly stated within the agreed package or service description. Edited content will be delivered in the agreed format and within the agreed timeframe, where applicable.

AJP Social Studio Ltd will retain final edited content and/or raw footage, where available, for up to 6 months after delivery.

After this 6-month period, files may be permanently deleted and may no longer be available. Clients are responsible for downloading, saving and securely storing their final content once it has been delivered.

Requests for raw footage, additional edits, re-sending files or retrieving archived content may incur an additional administration or editing fee. AJP Social Studio Ltd cannot guarantee retrieval of files after the 6-month storage period has passed.

Photography, Video and Marketing Usage

During events, workshops, retreats, content days, filming days, training sessions and in-person experiences, photography and video content may be captured. AJP Social Studio Ltd reserves the right to use photographs, videos, testimonials and behind-the-scenes content for promotional, marketing, educational and portfolio purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing prior to the event, session or service taking place.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by AJP Social Studio Ltd remain the intellectual property of AJP Social Studio Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Training materials

Presentations

Workbooks

Course content

Videos

Digital products

Templates

Graphics

Written content

Frameworks

Strategies

Downloadable resources

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, licence, modify or repurpose any materials without prior written permission.

Digital Products and Courses

Purchase of a digital product or course grants you a limited, non-transferable licence for your own personal or business use. You may not share login details, download materials for redistribution or make content available to third parties. Digital products, downloadable resources and online courses are non-refundable.

Unauthorised sharing may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Team Delivery and Third-Party Support

AJP Social Studio Ltd operates with a team of employees. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that delivery may be undertaken by Alice Potter and/or members of the AJP Social Studio team.

Where specialist services are required, we may engage trusted third-party providers including, but not limited to, photographers, videographers, editors, designers, trainers, speakers, facilitators, venue providers or event partners. AJP Social Studio Ltd remains responsible for managing service delivery but cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers outside of our reasonable control.

Retreats, Residential Experiences and Multi-Day Events

For retreats, residential experiences and multi-day events, the following additional terms apply.

All retreat deposits are non-refundable.

Retreat payment plans remain payable according to the agreed schedule regardless of attendance.

Participants are responsible for arranging:

Appropriate travel arrangements

Personal travel insurance

Any required medical or dietary disclosures

Personal belongings and valuables

AJP Social Studio Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property during retreats or events. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, staff, venue teams and suppliers. AJP Social Studio Ltd reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is considered disruptive, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Accommodation providers, venues and third-party suppliers may operate their own terms and conditions which participants agree to follow.

Late Payments and Debt Recovery

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.

Where payment is not received by the due date, AJP Social Studio Ltd reserves the right to:

Suspend ongoing work

Pause programme access

Withhold content, deliverables or recordings

Remove access to memberships, communities or coaching support

Cancel future booked services

Any costs incurred in recovering outstanding debts, including administration fees, legal fees, debt recovery charges and court costs, may be added to the outstanding balance where permitted by law. Statutory interest may be charged on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Any content created specifically for a client as part of a paid service remains the property of AJP Social Studio Ltd until all invoices relating to that service have been paid in full. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the content for their own business marketing purposes.

Clients may not resell, licence, distribute or commercially exploit content created by AJP Social Studio Ltd without written permission.

AJP Social Studio Ltd reserves the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, social media, presentations, case studies, awards submissions and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive environment for all clients, attendees, team members and community participants. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or inappropriate behaviour towards AJP Social Studio Ltd, its team members, suppliers or other clients will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to terminate services, remove access to programmes, events, memberships or communities and refuse future bookings where conduct falls below acceptable standards.

No refunds will be issued where services are terminated due to breaches of this clause.

Social Media and Marketing Disclaimer

AJP Social Studio Ltd provides education, coaching, strategy, content creation and marketing support.

We do not guarantee:

Revenue increases

Lead generation

Sales

Follower growth

Engagement levels

Media coverage

Business success

Specific platform performance

Social media platforms, algorithms and advertising systems are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.

Testimonials and case studies are examples only and do not guarantee future results.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that all decisions relating to your business remain your responsibility. Advice, recommendations and coaching provided by AJP Social Studio Ltd are offered in good faith but implementation remains the responsibility of the client.

You accept full responsibility for any business decisions made following our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJP Social Studio Ltd shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits

Loss of revenue

Loss of opportunity

Loss of business

Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question. Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

Force Majeure

AJP Social Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to:

Severe weather

Illness

Venue closures

Technical failures

Internet outages

Transport disruption

Government restrictions

Supplier issues

Acts of God

Where possible, affected services will be rescheduled.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided to AJP Social Studio Ltd will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy. Information will never be sold to third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website, services, products, events, programmes or memberships constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
