Important Booking Information
Please check your selected masterclasses and dates carefully before completing your booking. All bookings are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another person with at least 7 days notice. To request a name transfer, email [email protected] with your original booking information and the replacement attendee’s full name and contact details. Tickets cannot automatically be transferred to another masterclass, date or future event.
For Shoot Your Shot, your booking is attached to the date selected during checkout. Spaces are limited to 8 attendees on each Shoot Your Shot date. Moving between the two dates is not guaranteed and remains subject to availability.
If you select a payment plan, the second payment will be collected one month after your first payment. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete both scheduled payments. Your payment commitment remains in place if you can no longer attend, decide not to take part or transfer your ticket to another person.
Photos and video may be captured during the sessions for AJP Social Studio marketing. You may opt out by informing the team before or during the session. AJP Social Studio reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the trainer, content, timings or venue where necessary. If AJP Social Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a masterclass, attendees will be contacted with the available options.

What time do the sessions run?
Each masterclass runs from 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Are these masterclasses suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every session has been created with beginners in mind. You do not need to already feel confident with Instagram, Reels, Canva or social media strategy. Everything will be explained clearly, practically and without unnecessary jargon.
Is lunch included?
Yes. Lunch and refreshments are included in your ticket. Please provide any dietary requirements during booking.
Is parking available?
There is no on-site parking. The venue is approximately a five-minute walk from Blackpool North train station and is within walking distance of several pay-and-display car parks.
Is the venue accessible?
The sessions usually take place upstairs and there is no lift access. Depending on venue availability, it may be possible to move a session downstairs upon request. Please contact [email protected] before booking so we can enquire with the venue.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring: Your mobile phone, your laptop, a notebook and pen, any relevant passwords and account login details. Additional information will be sent before your chosen session.
Can I book onto another masterclass after booking?
You absolutely can, subject to availability. Please email [email protected] before purchasing another session. We will check availability and help you add the additional masterclass at the correct bundle price where applicable. Bundle discounts cannot be applied retrospectively unless you contact us first.
