Retreat shooting is my most immersive content experience. I don’t simply arrive, film and leave; I become part of the space with you. I’m present in the room, tuned into the energy, moving quietly and intuitively so your guests feel safe, grounded and unobserved. People forget the camera is there, which means the content we create holds the truth of the moment - the breakthroughs, the sunrise meditations and the deep belly laughter at dinner.

Filming a retreat isn’t about angles or equipment. It’s about honouring the emotional landscape of your work. I capture everything from the sweeping scenery and textures to the soft, human moments that nobody else sees - hands held, journals open, tears wiped away, women dancing barefoot on grass, the very things that make someone on Instagram whisper to themselves, “I need to be there next time.”
